Wow... the last day of my 365. I can't believe it!
I have to say that for the most part, I've really enjoyed taking a picture every day. I have already found myself looking back at them, and it's amazing how the photos bring back memories of things I had already forgotten. Little snippets of things... it's great! Now, there were obviously days it wasn't so fun and I had to really work to grab the camera and find something (anything) to make work for my photo, but those days were few and far between. After a while, it just seemed like a normal, inevitable part of my day. And the perfectionist part of me is pretty proud of myself too- I honestly only 'missed' two days, so that's pretty amazing, I think.
For the last picture, I wanted to do something uber-creative and end the project on a really great note, but it's been a long day and I don't have enough brain cells left to muster anything other than this- and I'm okay with that.
I say "THE END (for now...)" because I can see myself continuing to do the photo-a-day thing. I will probably change up the theme and give myself a few "days off," but look for a new 365 from me very soon.
So, bye for now!!

And we're in the hospital again. After tonight, I hope to not find myself in a hospital bed again unless it's because I'm having a baby. Otherwise? I'm hoping to avoid them for a long, long, long time.

He stayed here the ENTIRE day, after being up sick almost the whole night. What the heck! It's pretty safe to say that 2010 has not been so kind to the Olson's...

Finally... I'm home. I spent 11 nights in the hospital, and even though the pudding caused a setback in my pain and lab numbers and I've now been demoted back to clear liquids only, I asked to go home anyway. I will have to keep going in for appointments and more testing in order to figure out what is causing my Pancreatitis, but since I can drink juice and eat jello at home, I'm finally here. And loving the view :)

Graduated to 'full liquids' today, so I get to have pudding and milk today! I never thought I'd be so excited about pudding, geesh! (And despite the fact that I'm starving and haven't had food in forever, the mush in the front ended up being disgusting and I'd rather keep going without than eat more than one bite of that!)

My IV went 'kaput' today, and since they were planning on taking it out for good tomorrow anyway, I get to go without since I'm drinking fluids now. Now THIS is a great feeling! It's been a total pain pulling that cart-thingy with me anytime I want to move more than 4 feet for the last 9 days. Things are looking up!
